Here\'s some general info about Squat Thrusters:  - Combination of a squat and a sandbag overhead press in one smooth motion - Explosive press on the way up - Momentum generated from the legs powers the bag up and the arms guide it through to the top - Overhead shoulder mobility key as the sandbag goes vertical - Green and Red USB use the outside handles - Blue USB, sandbag rests on the knuckles in a fist position'
